Engineers Without Borders - Malawi
Currently leading a team of 10-20 undergraduate engineers in designing and fabricating hardware sensor devices for installation in water catchment systems in Makwelani, Malawi. We're also developing an interface to measure the efficiency of our systems and detect failures within them. In the fall of 2024, I collaborated with the team to design, manufacture, and program 3D-printed load cells, scalable for monitoring water levels in a water supply system. I also assisted in the design of an automated water irrigation system for Tufts' campus greenhouse to help optimize water usage using Arduino, sensors, and relay-based control systems.
